Action For Children 150 Year Celebration
Thank you to everyone who supported this event with help on the day, food for the buffet and joining us to hear about the work of AFC from Holly, our area co-ordinator.
During the afternoon Holly thanked David Starling for all he has done for AFC over 30 years and presented him with a gift.
Jill Grimes spoke about the support group, its beginnings and the fundraising we have done over the past years.
We than shared a buffet tea and fellowship before a short act of worship led by Mrs Corinne Houlden. During the meal a celebration cake was cut by David. This was kindly donated by Craft Bakery in Sheringham.
Everyone who came said they had learnt so much about the work of AFC and enjoyed the food!!!
